·         Receive complaints and investigate cases of Student Misconduct based on the University’s instructions

2. IMPLEMENTATION OF ELIMINATION OF WILD ANIMAL DISTURBANCES

·         Receive reports and complaints

·         Perform the action of installing traps

·         Provides capture reports & statistics

3. PERIODIC CAFETERIA MONITORING

·         Perform inspections four times a year

·         Ensure that entrepreneurs comply with the criteria set by the University

·         Provide a complete inspection report

·         Report the results of the inspection to the HEPA Department and the UPSI Registrar

4. MANAGE COMPLAINTS OF LOSS OF GOODS AND STUDENT CARDS 

·         Receive and record loss complaints

·         Detect the loss of the goods with the cooperation of the relevant units

·         Contact the party who made the report if the item is found

·         Provides loss reports & statistics.
